so, you Got your First Dose Somewhere Else, you must provide proof of their first dose (date, brand, record card) and speak to a pharmacist first. But you can take your second dose at a walmart or sams club. do not worry.

Each patient will receive a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card when they get their first dose.

Manufacturers are studying the effects of vaccines on children. Until they complete these studies, and the FDA reviews them, the vaccines are not authorized for use in children. Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is not authorized for children under age 16. Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is not authorized for children under age 18.You do not need a referral from a doctor, but you must meet the state's eligibility guidelines. Some people have allergies and medical conditions that prohibit them from getting a vaccine.
