1. Fun fact to start: Many of you know this, but if you see me without food during a staff meeting, I'm usually not in a good mood or something's wrong, (95% of the time). Food is my way of communicating sometimes I'm happy and it's something I look forward to, especially during this time of the week.
2. I'm extremely detail-oriented. I like details and knowing as much as I can to best benefit a given situation. I will always do my best to accommodate when working with someone who is not as detail-oriented as I am, but try to find a middle ground to having detail with my work and being a fair team member.
3. I try to make work fun. While we do have an obligation to perform within our job duties, I try to make this job seem more like a hobby than a job. I will do whatever I need to do to make work as fun as possible. Whether it's through a goofy "Teach me something" lesson or talking about fun stuff like sushi in reeve during staff meetings, I like making work FUN!
4. I'm always looking for ways to make other people feel happy, whether it be a compliment, a positive comment or whatever. I had a really dark moment in my life that put me in a bad spot, years ago. I knew I never wanted anyone to experience the kind of pain I did if I can help it. So, kindness is truly karma. I try to demonstrate this during work, and my personal life. If you ever have no one, you will all always have me, whether we're talking everyday or haven't talked for 5 years. Reach out and I'll be there! :)
5. Sometimes, my demeanor may come across as arrogant or overly confident, but I'm extremely motivated wherever I go, to put 100% into whatever it is I'm invested in. I'm never willing to commit to something I know I can't give my full energy and attention to.
