Do you have any prior history on the server before some of the changes happened in the server? *
Yes, the server had previously been called slippy's dream world, the server had also had a past management member known as Dog and because of him leaving the moderation bot known as Pepo cop was also removed. There also used to be a nitro leader board which is now been removed, and a counting channel.

Do you have any other skills that could benefit the server, such as bot development?
Server management, Chat Moderation, Website development and i've recently started working on bot development.

Why do you want to become a staff member in Jet's Dream World? *
I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but there are bad sides to this there are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasant place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on discord a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers or people breaking rules can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out. I have good communication skills and friendship. I know how to control my anger. And I do not disband a job which I have been assigned to or dedicated to be done. I am not a quitter I will do what it takes to make people happy. And due to previous jobs on other servers, I know many rules and many commands. The reason why I want to be helper on this server is because I love it so much. ( I am loyal it is just this has been my all-time favorite server) I also know a lot about plugins, commands that can help the server

Why should we choose you over the other applicants? *
I can do the work and deliver exceptional results. I will fit in beautifully and be a great addition to the team. I possess a combination of skills and experience that make me stand out. Hiring me will make life in the server easier for both members and the staff team. And I would love to help the community and make it a better place and a more safe environment for members.
Which aspects of JDW do you think need improvement or change? *
Maybe a lesser amount of vc channels as they aren't really used and maybe for the influencers they can all be put into 1 channel but continue to use different pings for each influencer.

What attributes do you feel a great moderator should possess? *
While moderators usually follow and enforce the rules, sometimes they play a role in creating them, too. After enough time with a particular forum or chat, they may be promoted to the point that they are instrumental in creating, writing, and editing guidelines for the space they moderate.

A person is breaking the rules in chat, but you’ve recently started to become good friends. How would you handle the situation in an unbiased fashion? *
Tell them verbally warn them and if they continue to break the rules i will either warn them or mute them for about 30 minutes.

If people are arguing in a chat or VC, how would you resolve the situation in a calm manner? *
I would tell them verbally to stop arguing and take it to dms instead and if they continue server mute them both.
