never reset credential because this will reset your service and you will not have internet service than set a password, at least 8 charecters with one capital letter and one number
u can add symbols but this is not recomended because it's more hard

if they want to change their email, they need to enter to ***security.frontier.com or acctedit.frontier.com***
then they need to login, if they don't have a recovery email, they need to add one, they gonna recived an email link to the primary email,after that they need to confirm it ( this works if they forgot the email or password again, they can access from the secondary email) then go to password updates, scroll down and then set it 2 times and tell them to make sure that the password is correct and ask to the costumer to login and check everything is alright
if they don't want, we need to check itº
