WHO IS LINDSEY/LYNSEY

Phase 1: VR camera inside the empty factory
Phase 2: Create a 2d model (but actually 3d) which can be applied to the VR view in phase 1. Top-down avatar walking around factory (sims), single level hall with key equipment (car bodies, mobile crane etc) in transparent or simplified 3d models or cubes
Phase 4: Phase 2 but for all buildings, additional models, full list of assets. Could expand the tool to include additional buildings etc, train models have interior.

Q's for Clay10 (after requirements agreed):
- How long will the whole project take
- What can be done in the next 2 months (Until 2nd April)
- What inputs do you need from us (siemens) to complete this tool (model)

Clay 10 saying:
- What are our requirements. What does a good outcome look like from us?

Goole Digitalisation plan:
- 4 phases of work, there will be inputs required from Siemens to give to Clay10 (could be size of car body's, block modelling)
- Clay10 management (I will be doing this)
- Ensure what Clay10 deliver is EXACTLY what we want (work with Chris and Bernard and maybe other stakeholders)

- Clay10 developed a platform originally for digital conferences (their IP) (looks like the sims) (unity game engine)

380 Baby Changing Table Risks (for EC):
- Risk of sharpness of ends on the magnetic tape (strip) which is placed on the baby changing table - Edges are a soft material, feels like soft rubber
- Table is not magnetic
- Can the baby changing table be pushed flush against the back wall?
- Risk (gap), finger trap. - Resolve by making it smaller after trial, at the top
- Risk: Magnets falling out - Magnets sealed in place with Loctite and are deep in the steel block, facing horizontally so will no fall due to gravity.
- Risk: Magnets - Magnets are low strength. Watches and jewellery aren't magnetic. Unless someone brings a knife
- Risk: Magnets EMF - Look at compatibility for EMF & look at Magnets already used on 333.

What other 450 EC's relate to the Sleep mode interoperability (particularly changes to temperature sensors and other components) - List these:
- 444/450 PLC Upgrade (Was done before sleep mode, took 10 months to sort)
- Software upgrade (HHM06009, HSM06005)
- ILI06001 "Sleep Mode - Saloon Lighting Mod Prior to Fitment of Hardware Mod (problem with mod that wasn't foreseen) (ILI05002)
- PMB06026 Sleep Mode (SWT) - (Modification Instruction, including pushbuttons, relay, wiring spare ACU fault contacts into the HVAC IHO input)

- PLC modification was carried out locally with initial assistance from KBRS

- HHM06008 "Saloon HVAC Anti Suffocation Mode Enable and Loss of PLC Application Software Fix" - Another issue

1.95 software change? - Under certain circumstances, when left in the sidings would go in and out of sleep mode continuously
Limits the switching

Still an ongoing issue with the sleep mode on the units. Inhibited the bodyside heaters, because of an ACU fault
Still an existing request outstanding SAG

Lighting inverter failures on C444/450 fleet related to HVAC (Put these in the Risks doc)
- Lighting Inverter Damaged due to the change in wiring - Mitigation: Issue investigated and the lessons learned are to be incorporated into the Class 350 fleets

Changing microswitches would involve change in contract, which could delay the mod

microswitches are in box 8 on bottom right

They will take the footplate out, and release the strut (3), The bolts we see coming loose are either side of the (30) bottom right. If we loctite them, there will be no shake, tested on depot.

The spring was coming loose (circular looking thing, on the 2 page word doc)

How does the switch mechanism work? Where does the string go and how does it attach to the DSD signal?
Would it benefit us to replace the switches? - Have we seen the switches affecting failure?
