2. Click on IO Help desk link, go to the bottom of that page,

- Click on "Raise a request"
- Choose "Team/Department" as ILC Claim Support BMS
- Service Name/Screen/Module as "ILC Error"
- Request type Service Request
- Ticket Subject should be Not able to claim ILC
- Under Service Description, narrate the issue you are facing in 1 or 2 lines
- Click on Browse & attach the error snapshot that you have taken from ILC Advisor tool (the one you saved in the desktop)
- Click Submit
Your request will be processed by the backend team and you will receive an update
