Hogwarts dikejutkan dengan isu hantu telah meneror hogwarts, khususnya para wizard yang menggunakan fasilitas toilet pada lantai 2, kastil tsb.
Isu tersebut berasal dari 2 orang wizard yang tengah mencuci tangannya di wastafel no 2.
Masing-masing mengatakan mereka mendengar jeritan aneh, kalimat-kalimat yang tidak mereka mengerti dan banyangan para professor mereka yang tewas oleh sosok bertudung.
2 murid tersebut kini dirawat di st mungo dan diawasi secara intensif oleh para professor.
Mereka selalu meneriakkan kata-kata "152".
Benarkah hogwarts diteror?
Kapan semua ini akan berakhir dan menemukan titik jelasnya?
Para professor membungkam masalah ini dan meminta para wizard utk ttp tenang.

Setelah sekian lama kekosongan pada m.o.m setelah kematian prof. dumbledore, kini posisi wizengamot diresmikan diduduki oleh Noxaline Kovatsky. sistem tatanan baru akan dibentuk.
