Step 1 : Accept all the asset you have received as a part of SBWS are using in SBWS Application. Attaching the link below for your quick reference. MMT Link -> https://mmt.ultimatix.net/mmt/index.html?cd=1599764549896#/associateAsset
Step 2: Download TCS eTMS apps from UX application on mobile and select service as “Geocode Yourself” with your current address location on map.
Step 3: Raise a return request for all the assets you have received as a part of SBWS from the same link selecting “Asset Movement initiation to office”.
Step 4: Select yes only if you have completed step 2, update your current address in GESS.
Step 5: Select option to return and select “Reason for Return” as Returning to work from Office and proceed (ensure physical asset details matches as per asset details reflecting on system).
Step 6: Select Admin assistance, select next option as applicable and select return date as three days prior to last working day
. Step 7: Lastly click on Initiate Asset return – pop up will ask you Is the asset packet (select accordingly). Regards Raaghav
