-Tugas Concelor dan Vice Concelor-
1. Membantu Presidente/ Vice Presidente mengumpulkan Absen setiap harinya saat pelajaran. Absen di kumpulkan ke presidente/vice presidente
2. Setiap hari sabtu di tiap minggunya tolong laporkan status member roomnya ke vice presidente / presidente, status yang dilaporkan berupa [keaktifan, rekap absen, hiatus, semi hiatus, leave, out, dll]
3. Jika Concelor / Vice Concelor tidak bisa hadir di kelas, tolong tunjuk 1 orang sebagai perwakilan dari Room yang di wakilkan.
4. Membantu setiap member room memahami sistem pembelajaran di SVA dan jika ada masalah tolong bicarakan dengan presidente/ vice presidente.
-Tugas Sekretaris 1 dan Sekretaris 2-
1. Membantu tugas Presidente/Vice Presidente untuk merangkum setiap materi pelajaran. Materi yang di rangkum dalam bentuk twitlonger / note, lalu post di akun chambre.
2. Materi yang di rangkum bisa dalam 2 katagori [a. Materi perhari / b. Materi Perminggu]
