Anggota medik terdapat 6 anggota yang nantinya akan dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok kecil. Kelompok A mendapat tugas menjaga tenda, kelompok B dan C akan berkeliling sesuai dengan pembagian floorplan nantinya.
Pada Hari-H akan dilakukan plot utama dimana plot akan dilakukan secara beruntun dan memiliki alur yang sudah dibuat secara terstruktur seperti rundown. Yang melakukan plot terdapat anggota medik, satu perwakilan divisi keamanan, dan dua pasien. Pasien ini akan diambil dari panitia atau peserta secara suka rela.
Selanjutnya ada pembagian pita untuk panitia. Pembagian ini sesuai dengan data responden form kesehatan kemarin yang sudah dirangkum oleh Devin dan dibagi sesuai dengan divisi.

Untuk pembagian pita yang digunakan menggunakan emoji 💙❤💛. Keterangan lebih lanjut:
Biru : Ada riwayat operasi
Merah : Sakit dengan gejala berat
Kuning : Sakit dengan gejala ringan
Buat plot utama tuh kita draft, dikasih waktu paling lama seminggu buat ngedraft. Nah kalau waktu hari-h itu baru dari pengunjung atau panitia yang tiba tiba mau ke tenda medik juga ada nah disitu nanti baru plot spontan.
