Suggested Materials for Consideration Academic Performance Academic recognition such as awards, presentations, exhibits and performances. Significant academic endeavors should be commented on; however, samples of work should not be submitted. Significant publications should be noted and include a description of the quality of work. Scholarships and/or grants received by the nominee should be described, including significance of award and nominee's involvement. Participation in academically related organizations, including offices held and activities performed. University and Community Service Participation in student activities (e.g., student committees, residence life, student government, music ensembles, etc.), including level of involvement, years of service and offices held.
