E-commerce business is booming nowadays, and most transactions in Morocco and Africa and done with Cash on Delivery mode, which is completely different from online business in USA and Europe.

2-1 To make high delivery rate, you need to have a view on your inventory to make sure every delivery man has enough produts to fulfill the orders. We also have an automated check that we run and that emails you once one of your delivery men lacks products
2-2 You don't loose your products, as you always know how many you have and that is essential, you don't speend hours calculating how many were delivered and how many are missing, everything is one click away.

3- Payments
At any time you can know how much each delivery man owes you, and you don't spend any time calculating that which ensures a high turnover, a curcial point in local ecommerce

4- Follow up
Every call, message from confirmation agent or delivery man, is logged in the system, and the status can be updated in real time. You don't need to check what happened for every order, or wait for the end of day to know the situation, as it is updated in real time.
