Notes

Floor-
• Sanitise customer touch points- Hand sanitiser, Barriers, Impulse tables etc
• Sanitise all tables and chair backs
• Sweep floor
• Hoover carpet and mop wooden floors
• Crisps, Impulse and Bottled drinks stocked up- all dates rotated and checked

Cooler and Cake square
• Cool down and clean grill 2, including top of grills
• Stock up napkins, toastie sleeves, cake bags and carrier bags where needed
• Check cake dates and boxes
• Put Cakes away
• Set cake display back up after its sprayed and wiped down with clean name cards
• Try and fit any stock (if there is any) out front, but date rotate boxes
• Check all syrups are stocked up and day doted, wash syrup stands
• Clean all blender parts throughly
• Stock up lids, straws and cups
• Stock up drink toppings
• Make up creams for next day
• Fill fridge with milk, make sure all open milks, coolers, lemonades and creams have day dots
• Clean coffee machine head and grinder if its been used, move beans to machine 1
• Empty dump bin when necessary and replace liner, clean the whole thing
• Wash all merrychef, cooler and cake equipment

Till square
• Cool down and clean grill 1, including top of grills
• Stock up napkins, toastie sleeves and carrier begs where needed
• All Equipment washed
• Stock up bread and teacakes
• Clean down till area, unnecessary receipts, plates and saucers
• Stock up napkins
• Stock up flakes and marshmallows
• Put clean things away

Machine square-
• Wash and clean all jugs, coffee handles and parts of machine
• Empty filter coffee and clean
• Clean, fill and stock rotate milk fridge, check dates on open products (both fridges)
• Clean group heads and machine
• Clean and empty coffee grinders
• Change and clean dump bin
• Stock up crockery and take out cups and lids
• Stock up drink toppings, teas, sugars, flakes and marshmallows
• Stock up plastic cups, lids, straws, stirrers
• Stock up and check syrup dates

General jobs-
• Bin run- All cardboard and full bins taken down, bin liners replaced in all bins
• Clean out green waste bin
• Sock
• Out back and bar swept and mopped
• Check all stock out back and on bar is off the floor, and everything neat and tidy as much as possible
• Close down dishwasher
• Recycle take out cups
• Clean tray stacker
• Clean probes and put them back into jugs

Shift leader jobs-
• Count the safe
• Fill in log book
• Cash up till 1
• Dayforce
• Sales
• Wastage and staff drinks
• Check sandwich fridge dates, restock where possible
