You have to try and survive by hunting/finding food and making shelter.
There are two teams; "Stranded" team and "Rescuers" team.
The rescuers have access to helicopters so they can try to rescue people who are stranded.
You can rank up as a rescuer and get helicopter and gear upgrades through gamepasses and developer products.
