Keep in mind of the things and environment ha.. Make sure to use the list and make sure the environments gucci before school
use the schedule paper just in case.. and the planners.. and the calendar at the journal
list websites from the notes on evernote and notion.. on evernote just look for the blue highlights for websites
take note of the time your active so that you can fit that on the schedule
Practice the CORD model (Collect, Organize, Review, Do)
momentum- the only hard part is starting. motivation only works when you start working
Then don't forget about the experiments about the spots and earphones and shit on the 'more shit' note.. also check there the temporary setup section

Notion notes: Set goals for the day, prioritize tasks, use a bullet journal/planner, have a proper morning and night routine, give yourself early deadlines, use reminders/phone tasks, have a specific time without social media (set time for distress),
distraction is the enemy of flow, plot some personal time, have set work hours and stick to them, make your workspace work for you

Prioritize your time: Urgent and important, Important but not urgent, Urgent but not important, Neither urgent or important

On the calendar: deadlines, vid calls, start and end dates of modules for school shit
Notion: weekly module list, important links/google docs, course reading list

bullet - for tasks
bullet with an x over it - for completed
The second one but with a half of x - for migrated
Dash - for notes
A crossout is for cancelled/irrelevant
Asteris for important/priority

Just because everyone is doing it doesn't mean its right for you. Consider all of your options.

morning routines from other people:
wake up- reading books while having coffee- revising the work i did before- start working (big habit for him/her doesn't touch phone until she/he is done)
wake up- 5 min meditation- learn- stretch- timed on reddit (only positive subs)(so idea here)- dress for work/chores
afternoon/after work: mental activities (alternative days of gaming, puzzles, reading, writing), physical activities (alternative days of endurance training, strength training, and shit)
wake up-stretches-make bed- meditate- wash face- review positive affirmations and purpose of the day
at night while listening to podcast/audiobooks: arrange clothes for the next day (try using the thing behind the door), prepare for next day, wash face, brush teeth

Stand up every hour when working to stretch, change positions and take a brief walk
keep in mind of the supplements on the morning and evening
