メンタル面での弱さ、特にここ一番で弱いってよく言われますけど、それ以上に思うのが、負けが込んでしまうとあきらめ感が出て、反発力への執念が弱すぎることもあるんじゃないでしょうかね。心や身体は裏腹に作用しているということもあるのかもしれませんが、どうもその部分も弱いように思うんですが…。
我慢
こんにちは。
確かにこれは足らないベンチですね。若手選手を育てるには我慢がつきもの、鳥谷がここまで一流になったのも犠牲を覚悟で岡田が我慢して使ったからに他なりません。失敗したら直ぐに替えたり落としたりでは若手選手は萎縮してしまいます。思い切った改革をしないと他チームの戦力は確実に充実してきています。
3年契約
こんにちは。
5割切れ、Bｸﾗｽ、CS敗退のいずれかの条件に嵌れば契約延長はないのでと思います。既に球団にも監督人事に関する意見は多数入ってきているものと思います。このままシーズンが終われば契約満了になるんじゃないでしょうかね。球団は和田で客が増えるのか減るのかという観点中心で見ているはずですからね。

わんママさんも下でそのように書いておられます(笑) 改めて記事にしたいと思っていますが、今季は今成に固執したことが残念ながら敗因の一つに上げられてしまいます。もちろん今成が悪いわけじゃなく使ったベンチの責任です。これは今成の打点を見れば瞭然です。仰るとおり守備で負けたゲームも守備で勝ったゲームもそれほどありませんが、得点が取れずに負けたゲームは数多くあるわけです。新井兄弟はスイングの見た目で損するタイプです。ファンはいいですが、ベンチがその見た目に騙されていては、僕なら節穴の目だったという評価をします。
