It was the night of 2nd September and in a HIGH drunkard state I entered my flat - Nirala Estate Tower 10 flat 803.

After a couple of calls, Mohit made bhel puri and we started having it. During this I waved my wet hands and a few drops of water fell into Mohit's plate and hence he threw the left over in the dustbin and that made me angry.

I started arguing with Mohit AGGRESSIVELY and I specifically mentioned how he creates class difference between individuals.
I also reminded him that I cleaned the washroom(tatti) of his house and yelled saying - Tumhara Khandan mera ehsaan nahi chuka payega
Likewise, again and again I mentioned how many favors I did to Mohit in last 13 years (since 2007).
I also mentioned Mohit doesn't have any friends and only I am there there for him. I mentioned how Mohit used me in the last 13 years.
Also, I mentioned the incident of 1st June 2020 where we quarreled over the hygiene issue. <MENTION NON VEG THING ISSUE IN DETAILS HERE>

I was very rude and abused him using foul language.
It was trying to intimidate him.

I over and over mentioned how Mohit created class difference between people, how self-centered he is and how he has been using me and shouted its my house, its my house, it's my house. (Ye mera ghar hai) ( Tower 10, flat 803)

In the continued anger, I took all 3 knives and a fork from the kitchen and told it's better to murder Mohit (who creates class difference).
I was literally THREATENING Mohit and was ready to surrender myself to Police after killing Mohit. But I was to AVENGE my insult that night.

In the defence, Mohit locked himself inside the room and I tried opening the screws of the latch via knive. I kept yelling how I want to end someone who creates class as due to that instigating movement of throwing the food made me think that I am outcasted. I also boasted about my caste being upper and how his caste and people like Mohit don't stand anywhere close to me.


Mohit called tannu bhaiya and Sahil to control the situation( This I came to know today ). Post that we discussed and you told me many things about the issues and you went to sleep in a different room. I kept insisting and finally we went to sleep.
