The Indian cuisine is one of the world's most famous cuisines, and varies very much depending on the type of food or location in India. Some typical indian dishes are for example Kofta, Tandori chicken and Vindaloo.
But the Indian fast food we eat today is a western version of the indian kitchen and is way less spicy than the real indian food. According to The Diplomat the indian dish Phall is considered to be asia's hottest food, with its ten different types of peppers it is measured to be more than 100.000 scoville units.
Many people associate Indian food with mild sweet dishes like Tikka Masala, but this is a misconception. Tikka Masala isn’t originally an indian food though it was made in india. When the british conquered and colonized India they found the indian food way too spicy to the british measurements, so they demanded the Indians to come up with a new, less spicy dish. This is why the Tikka Masala is so unlike the rest of the indian kitchen.
India has many famous buildings and tourist attractions. One of the most famous attractions is Taj Mahal.
