One of the topics that received a lot of controversy at the present time is space exploration and whether government should spend money and make a lot of efforts for that. Many people expressed negative opinions about space exploration because of the high financial cost it requires, they believe that government should focus on solving societys problems instead. Unlike them, there were some people in support of this issue and they believe that the knowledge that will be gained through this will be invaluable. Personally, I think discovering the universe which we live in is important, it may be the cause of the development of life on this planet as well.

There are many critics who think that space exploration is nothing but a waste of money. In addition, when a lot of money spent on space researches in country like India that launched a successful mission to Mars while its people die in poverty, that made a strong debate among people around the world. It is almost impossible to put a percentage of the benefits that we will obtain from space exploration, but scientists believe that the benefits will outweigh the costs. If that still not convincing, history is full of human achievements thanks to space exploration.

Space exploration has produced a lot of benefits in terms of science and economy. Furthermore, it has contributed to the invention of many technology that are used every day around the world. There are many technologies that scientists and engineers have develop for the purpose of space researches, but they have been used to serve human needs as well. One of these technologies is computer mouse, it was invented by NASA for space researches originally. Another example, Adam kissiah was able to slove his hearing problem by inventing hearing aid called ( Cochlear Implantation ) after he benefited from working at Kenndy Space Center.

In conclusion, humankind suffers from multiple crises on this planet. This is why scientists use this as catalyst for space exploration. So far space researches has brought a lot of benefits to humanity. Moreover, it is the cause of the development of life in our planet. We got to where we are today because of the technology that space researches has helped to develop it . Therefore, I think that space exploratuon is important and we should keep up on that and not stop it just because of the financial cost.
