Export as extract is used to export selected data in a zip format whereas export selected is used to export selected data in excel or csv format.
3. What are the differences between the Print All Documents and Proof of Delivery in Tracking Information tab -
Print all document option is used when we have to download all the documents present for a record in the grid whereas proof of delivery option is used to download only the pod document of a record.
4. How can users add fields to layouts from Admin -
To add fields to a layout, first select the layout in the left hand side. Then drag the field present in the Available fields section and drop it in the Selected field section and press on Save.
5. What is the difference between the File & Form upload functionalities -
File upload functionality is used to upload a list of tracking numbers or claim numbers to the apllication. The file must ba a tab delimited or comma separated value(csv) file. Form upload functionality is alos used to upload a list of tracking numbers as well as customer claims to the application but here we only have to fill in the fields mentioned in the grid.
6. What is the flow to index a document using DIS -
To index a document, select an entry from the grid under the Document batches tab and then press Index button. A screen will come up showing the documents, the thumbnails having each page of the document and a form in which the data is to be filled in order to index. Under thumbnails tab select a page or select all option can also be used if all the pages are to be indexed at once. On the right side, fill the data in the form and if a claim has item level information, Add Line Items button can be used to enter the item level data. press Save & Test button to successfully index the page and save the claim data.
7. Why is it necessary to have two different queries to fetch the data for CC and TI tab -
It is necessary to have two different queries to fetch the data for CC and TI tab so as to make sure the data loads properly within the speculated time. So, the count query and the grid query were splitted.

Scale Up/Scale Out is the process of adding an extra VM to the AutoScaling group. Scale Down/Scale In is the process of removing a VM from the AutoScaling group.

Merge option is used when the user wants multiple documents in one file. Attach option is used when the user wants multiple documents with different download links. Replace option is used when the user wants to replace the first document with another.

Add files comes when creating a new batch. in this a user can upload upto 5 pdfs. Upload document option is used when a user wants to upload a single document.
4. What is the difference between the Index and Reindex buttons -
Index button is used when a user wants to index single or multiple document. Reindex is used when a user wants to again index the documents which are already indexed.
