** Failed to init security**
1- Install Visual C++ <https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads>
2- Firstly uninstall Visiual C++ from your PC , And install again.
3- Set exceptions for Nemesis Desert Online folder in your anti-virus and windows defender.
**there is only black screen when game opened?!**
There is only two way , this error about your windows version ,
Select the Start button > Settings > System > About . Open About settings -> Check your windows version , probably 2004
If you wanna play our server you need download 1909 or other versions , you cant play with 2004 ;-;
If you have this error while using 1909 or older versions , Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
%userprofile%DocumentsBlack Desert
Delete the UserCache folder.
Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder
**Failed to connect**
This one about your "service.ini" stuff. Try to do file check from launcher. If it isnt working pm to me(Deianeria) or Qiio and ask for "Service.ini" File .
**some important files not found, Application is terminating**
1- TURN OFF YOUR HACK STUFF AND TRY AGAIN
2- If you aren't using hack just download any VPN app , Start the game with VPN ,when you are at Server selection or Character selection you can turn off/close your VPN.
**The file is corrupted.**
Try to do file check from launcher.
**BlackDesert64.exe has stopped working**
Navigate to your Black Desert Online game client folder, right click on the folder and choose properties, select the 'General' tab and clear the 'Read-only' check box to remove the read-only attribute or select the check the box to set it. Click 'OK' to save your changes.
**Unable to change In-Game resolution?!?!?!?**
Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
*%userprofile%DocumentsBlack Desert*
Open the GameOption.txt with any text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or Atom) and edit the following lines:
windowed = x
width = xxxx
height = xxx
To the following:
windowed = 2
width = 1920
height = 1080
File -> Save As -> GameOption -> Save -> Yes
