Hi Ron,


Hope you are doing great! The reason i am writing this letter is to let you know that i have some furniture to sell and was wondering if you’re keen on buying it.


I am planning to sell some of my furniture. It is because i am getting relocated to Australia due to professional reasons, and i cannot carry the furniture with me to another country as it is a hefty task and it could also damage the movables, since we have been friends forever, i was hoping if you are willing to buy them from me at a reasonable price as i want to sell it to someone close to me.

The furniture includes a 8 seater sofa set, which is an Italian crafted fine leather which is spill proof and the cushioning is marvellous. A mahogany wardrobe, which was imported from china and is a rare made, a dining table which is purely hand made and an exquisite gym table , they are really in their best shape and condition.

So, please feel free pay a visit to my place, preferably sometime before 25th of September as i won’t be available after that, so that you can have a look at my furniture and decide whether to purchase them or not.

The tourism has a massive impact on the world, infant it has become a backbone for many economies of the world. The situation has both pros and cons but in my opinion the advantages outweighs the disadvantages. The International tourism tends to have many advantages on the individuals.

The Tourism provides employment to the local people, who might otherwise be unemployed and gives them a chance to improve the quality of life. They can find work in bars, restaurants or hotels. People can also work as drivers, tour guides and photographers. For example-the people living on daily wages or entrepreneurs can find a great deal of opportunity and can run their own businesses.The tourist spends money in the county which helps runs .

Secondly, the cultural diversity is one of the main advantages of international tourism , it increases the diversity between people, a person gets to know about more cultures, people and their mindset and of course the fresh ideas people bring to another country. Increased innovation is the result of cultural diversity being positively correlated to diverse experiences and perspectives. Thirdly, the infrastructures have significantly improved by the government to make their countries look better. The international tourism has made government’s management a bit conscious about their image in the eye of the world and hence the development process has become the first priority in every country.

The disadvantages can be- the spread of disease. for example- the corona virus. If a person is travelling from one county to the other has this disease, he can be an agent and spread it to the other country causing the spread of a pandemic outbreak. The second point which i like to add is that it is causing harm to the ecosystem. More and more trees are being cut to make way for hotels and artificial lakes and could impact the environment in the adverse ways, destruction of natural habitat of nature is also taking place because of these activities.


Though there are some disadvantages of international tourism , however, advantages have an edge, hence more tourism should be encouraged.
