-4 spoons chia seeds
-A cup of oats
- 2 spoons honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
-Pinch sea salt
-500ml water
Directions: Mix vanilla, cinnamon, water. Heat this till it boils. When it does lower heat and add oats. Boil and remove off heat. Cover the bowl and let aside soaking. Get chia seeds and let sit in cold water. Add honey, sea salt, and mix. Put this in a bowl or glass and add in chia seeds while still hot. Optional: For more flavor add strawberries, bananas, raspberries, apples, or cherries.

-1 Frozen Bananas
-1tbs Honey
-1 cup Milk
-Blender
Directions: Pour milk to blender, add frozen banana, add honey. BLEND. Pour to cup. Optional: decorate if wanted! ENJOY!
#2 GREEN SMOOTHIE
-Spinach
-Cucumber
-Cilantro
-Ginger
-Lemon
-Banana
-Ice
-Almond Milk
-Water
-Dates (if you have)
-Blender
Directions: Add wet ingredients (water, almond milk). Add cucumbers, bananas, dates. Add the lemon juice, spinach, a bit of ginger. Add the ice. BLEND. And enjoy!!
#3 GREEN SMOOTHIE
-Milk/ Almond Milk
-1 Avocado
-1 Frozen Banana
-Spinach
-1/2 Cucumber
-Optional: Peanut Butter
-Blender
Directions: Pour milk to blender, add a handful of spinach, add the avocado, add the banana, add cucumber and peanut butter. BLEND. Pour to glass and enjoy!!!
