82 year old female known case of DM,HTn and CKD?,previously seen for anmeia (stool for occult blood positive) was investigated for It CT abdomen showed circumferential mass with hepatic mets on descending colon-- biopsy done showed adenocarcinoma of the colon.Now admitted with abdominal pain distension and altered bowl habbits -- Sub acute obstruction ; operated on today is POD 4 of abdominal laparotomy+ resection of descending colon and anastomosis.
Peripheral film reviewed shows: occassional NRBC / myelomcyte with mature nutrophillia and no blast or atypical mononuclear cell.

25 year old male NKCM S/P pilonidal sinus surgery 17/8/20 now presented with 3 days hx of headache and fever+ vominting diagnosed as a case of viral meningitis ( enterovirus on CSF BFM).Consult given initially for microcytic anemia--HPLC was advised which shows (A=82.3, A2=5.4,HBF=1.5)

69 year old male k/C DM,HTN,IHD,S/P CABG (2016)non hepb/C CLD? TURP(2008 in nawab shah),presented initialy to urology for complains of hematuria from past 3 months--investigated Ct done showed enlarged prostrate 80*53 (psa 43) with local invasion of rectum and upper annal canal and lypadenopathy. Bone scan done show multiple osteoblastic deposit.
Referred to MOUS clinic for pancytopneia : marrow infiltration?--- BONT done=inconclusive :crushed core.
