My names Lyndon I live in the UK and I'm going to college I also play Deceit, Risk, Among us and will be on R6 I play ENW HnS AND Jailbreak quite often




Why do you want to be a moderator for our servers?
I think I could help the community and get rid of all the toxic players and stop hackers/ban evaders coming on the ENW servers and aswell I would want to be a mod for HnS mainly as it has a lack of mods/admins on there




What server(s) will you be active on?
HnS I'm really active on and also Jailbreak when jailbreak starts to get more players ill be on it 23/7




Why do you think you would make a good moderator?
I think I would be a good moderator because I'm quite known and I wouldn't say I'm hated by anyone could be a few that don't like me but its one-sided, I can be immature sometimes but you can't always be a boring person so I try to make people laugh and make them enjoy themselves

Scenario Questions

Q) You come on the server to reports of someone playing loud music down their microphone. What would you do in this situation?

A)I would ask for a clip if they don't have a clip I would simply stay in the game to see if they do it again if they don't I will believe that he didn't. But let's say he did I would simply mute him for 60mins whereas its their first offense I will do 30mins but if they are toxic or rude in chat/PMs I will add another 60 on top of their mute as well as a gag for 60mins.



Q) Once you have issued a mute/gag, the player asks you to remove it, with the claim it's his first time and won't do it again and gets backed up from most of the trusted players on the server, what would you do?

A)I would say I'm sorry but he has no option but to take his punishment and tell them to stop being rude as it would be admin/moderator disrespect and is a punishable offense and if they continue I would warn them one time with a 1minute mute if they carry on after I will simply mute for 30-60mins depending on how rude they are.



Q) You answer a call admin being told that someone is writing racial slurs in chat but no one has a screenshot. What is your response to this?

A)I would go into chat logs and if I see that its passive racism I would simply give a 120min mute as its a more offensive and if it's aggressive I would do 240mins as its more offensive and should be punished more than passive racism if I was being lied to and the person who called admin is still in the game I would ban them for 1hour/60mins as they would be wasting our time when we could be dealing with something else.



Q) You join a server and notice one of your fellow admins are abusing their powers, How do you react?

A)I would clip it and send it to an AL or anyone higher to sort it as I don't want to cause any inflict between me and the other admin/moderator.



Q) You are playing our Retakes server and you notice a player who is getting some fishy shots, What do you do?

A)If they are playing blatant and I can see myself I would perm ban as cheating isn't allowed and if they are playing good but I cant tell id he's cheating ill send a clip of it to a higher member of ENW and see what they say if they give me the thumbs up ill perm ban for a cheating offense.



Q) A player on the server is telling people that she is an admin, and she has taken the name of another admin. What is your response to it?

A)I would simply ask the girl to change her name and stop as impersonating an admin is a punishable offense and can lead to a ban.



Q) Instead of complying with what you said above, she begins to insult you either on the server or through a steam chat. What do you do?

A)I would mute her for 60mins as disrespect to a moderator if they continue in chat I would gag for 1hour and I would block her is she messages me on steam/discord as I don't want to cause an argument with a member of ENW trying to be a troll.



Q) You are watching a player that you believe is exploiting the map, but you are unsure as to whether it is an actual exploit or just part of the game. What do you do?

A)I would clip and show an AL/higher Staff of ENW and let them decide what I should do if the person whos doing the offense is aware they are exploiting the map it would be a perm ban, but let's say the person whos doing it doesn't know its an exploit I will tell them to get off if they don't or say no I will slay them if they go back and do it again I will ban them for 1440mins which is a day if I'm sure so they know not to do the offense again.
