From the logs you have shared we found that irrespective of JCATCPP version (273,299....) the test suite is getting hanged.
Question 1:
Here,we are not seen any messages from JCAT around 45 minutes after command execution and later we are seeing 'waiting time elapsed' message.
Is it JCAT hangs at that particular time period or JCAT is unable to get requested information from the node?
Could you please provide some analysis on this.
Answer:
No, TestSuite is not a haning at that moment, JCAT is waiting for the thread response to proceed for further execution with in certain timelimit.
we found that the timeout for thread response is 2800 in the testsuites.
To change the response timeout for thread there is a property,i.e., an
vm argument "threadtimeout" (can be modify accordingly.)
Example : threadtimeout=2800 (in seconds) -->46.66 min
Question 2:
If I'm not wrong, the latency issue could have effected the master track as well, And it was observed in particular PA15 & PA16 only.
Answer:
It has driven us some conclusions, the same jcat-cpp software worked till before and Suddenly you found impact on test execution, so
Please check what has been changed in recent days in the execution of test environment apart from jcat-cpp version(because irrespective
of jcat-cpp version you are facing issues).
Question 3:
Could you please explain a bit more about the conclusion on latency issue.

Previously it was concluded that due to shipment of nodes from one place to other(GIC to ETK),Civ team (@ivan)has faced similar
type of issues and at last it was found that these all were environmental issues because of some internal latency issue that is changes in MTU size
(i.e, MTU is Maximum transmission unit).
You may contact lab or node network team for more information regarding MTU size.
Check whether any kind of environmental activities are performed in recent days and check accordingly.
