STATEMENT - This evening, Mr. Logi Bani was riding his ATV for an early shift at the flywheels garage located on Panorama. He was casually crossing Panorama Drive but made sure to look both ways, he crossed Panorama and then was stopped by SSGT Cas with the LSPD. Mr. Bani was told to step OFF the ATV without a reason, was told his rights, NEVER searched which could of been a safety hazard for the public. He kept asking, why am I being arrested? SSGT Cas was ignoring him. He was then told once arriving at the sheriff's office located on Alhambra in Sandy Shores. SSGT Cas was driving a Ghosted Taurus and once Mr. Bani requested a Supervisor, he was ignored, and then after multiple times asking, he was ignored. He was then placed in a cell, and Cas threatened to SHOOT Mr. Bani if he did anything stupid in the cell. Mr. Bani did admit he did try to force himself into the cell but Cas pushed him in and then said the Gun Threat about shooting him while he WAS in the cell. Mr. Bani was sentenced to 350 days in Bolingbroke and would like to DROP these charges and also request that Staff Sergeant Cas will get a Strike or a Demotion IF possible, if not, just the charges could be dropped.
