Greetings to the both of you,

This course will be for international students only. The one Ben and I are working on is a completely different concept and we will not implement it until a few months later at the earliest. The payment structure will be different and will have 0 affiliation to this company. I will make this course with all lectures solo for your company.
I can either use a platform like teachable which allows me to paste videos there while having a site structure set up or an independent website in itself. I have seen many webinars on teachable and I like the concept. It would be feasible to have it 100% done before the end of the year (hopefully wayy earlier than that)... meaning ready for students to pay and view the content. The monthly plans are also financially plausible. I will discuss pricing for the course but firstly lets say its agreed that a teachable platform is plausible. We would be able to use an independent domain name with no teachable in it. like www.szybkadyploma.com instead of www.success.teachable.com.

The annual fee for teachable pro is 1,188$ which allows for no transaction fees. 

This is what this course will do: It will tell international students about online courses and options that they can take to earn college credit and contact advisors from many colleges to make sure there are plenty of options in terms of degree and school choice. It will show them the options available as an international student which will save them thousands no matter the path they desire. Just using the methods I explain in only 3 classes will essentially pay the course off so its not a ripoff in any way shape or form. Most people will do at least 10 credit courses/exams. In fact, I could (x5) the price and save students but that's not my sight now. It will be in the future.I did this myself and trust me, this is essential as I have compiled everything and offered personal support. People will need help. I barely made it myself.
There will be at least 8 majors and 8 schools to pick from initially. The list will always grow. Always.

The web page can be designed however you two please and as far as the videos, I was just going to keep it simple and focus on content to make sure students have the best information possible. The way I'll probably do it is students choose an area of study and then they can choose the school that works best for them. I am making sure they can do the degree 100% online but be able to smoothly transfer if they desire to Stany Zjednoczone. I will focus a lot on core credits and foreign language. 

Let's get to finances, Aleks, you previously told me that you were planning on bringing US students. Since these two will be separate, no need to but I am more than happy to tell you the prices for the course and how I think it should be divided.

Gold: Access to course $797  **

Platinum: Access to course, (to be determined), 10% of all client calls.   $987   **
All in graduation package: Access to course, private facebook access with Chris moderating, monthly transcript review and consultation via email,       $1,487      **
As with all courses, they will inevitably have to go up. I will raise them on a set but strictly controlled schedule.  I will modify if volume gets too high to sustain solo parts. For instance, I will get someone else for support, but I will manage lots myself. This changes if volume gets too high.

Percentage break up:
Here is how I would split it.
55% will go to me
for advertising and putting it under your brand, see it fair to give you the 45%. We can negotiate this if necessary but I see no need.
Out of $100k
I get 55k you get 45k. This is for the course only from the price schedule you saw above. I will tweak it (value for course) in the end but that is a very accurate idea. 
There will also be personalized one on one calls and proceeds from that will be mine completely as it will be through a booking site separate from teachable. 

I will invoice all money to your company and then the fair share needs to be invoiced to my offshore. I will ask a question about this in the Q section. I will invoice like this once a month. This can only happen after we have our offshore companies established. It costs $1200 annually to use a teachable platform and I don't mind footing that bill.  If you rather not use teachable, perfectly fine and probably better financially as long as I can securely post lectures but I would need to know of an alternative asap.

Sash, making this 100% idea (in the blueprint) will take a few more days because I am in contact with academic advisors from various colleges in the country. I will email it to you and then you forward to Nemanja. Thank you for your patience.

Which package do you see being the most popular?
What are your price recommendations?

Since you are bringing athletes through this, do you mind giving me the full list of schools in the U.S. that you are affiliated with if you have it? I will look at their testing policies and see how far they can be bent.
When they start courses, are they going to have (at least) a rough idea of the college they are going to? 
Do you have students who are going to fully take classes online? or will everyone eventually come to states?
How do you like using a teachable platform or would you prefer a solo website with no affiliation like teachable? If so, I will modify a few things price wise.What do you two think of a test driving the course and/or locking it after a certain number and see how they like it?
For American tax law, there would be little leeway in avoiding taxes unless I had it all offshore. With this, I will need to have two separate offshore accounts, one in country a which will invoice and you invoice to one in country b. Does that make sense? Even if no name is attached to it, there are still taxes because teachable would know where the corporation is and that would bring big brother right along. I will continue to make myself familiar with this and update.
Can you confirm with me that there will be no associate students?
