**HOW DOES ONE BECOME AN ALLIANCE WITH BRICKELL?**
*We have a document outlining our requirements and our application for an affiliation between our groups. Your group must be able to meet all criteria of our requirements. Once our Public Relations Department can confirm that you do, you will be asked to complete an application on a Google Document and submit it to one of our Public Relations Members. **WHO FOUNDED THE COMPANY?**
*The company was originally founded by D_aymonn! He created it with his friends as a joke and then it started to grow! As of that moment, Brickell started to release games and upload icons and then became what it is today!*

**CAN I WORK HERE WITH SAFECHAT??**
*Brickell does not allow any members of the community to become a working Mr+ with safechat. That is because we want to provide a safe and more understand environment towards our community. However, we do allow users with safechat to work as a Kitchen Assistant. So it makes it fair! However, working as that rank means you cannot go any higher with safechat! Meaning no promotions or anything of the sort.*

**HOW WOULD I GET HIRED AT BRICKELL??**
*At the moment, we have an interview center that provides users with the chance to get a position, it would take up to a maximum time of 30 minutes! You will take a seat, and then be asked to go into an interview room with a fellow interviewee and an interviewer. Then asked a certain amount of questions to evaluate if you're fit for a role here at Brickell. Or you're able to take an application found on the group page! If you pass you automatically get ranked to trainee and you can begin your career here at, Brickell Cafetorium!*

Brickell is run by AIycsa, and its development is owned by D_aymon. After many times restarting the company, we have successfully provided a safe and work safe community for everyone. We also aspire to train our staff to work with diligence and professionalism, to make your experience here at Brickell more fun.
