Two months at Jordan Lake working basically as a customer support cashier. Because of covid-19, a majority of people that pulled up to my window needed to be rerouted to different areas of the lake so memorization of the lakes area was important. Similar to how if I were to start working this job with Vector Marketing and CutCo, I would need to know every little thing about CutCos products and policies in order to sell their products efficiently. Working there also required me to deal with some very emotional customers in a calm manner which has improved my "customer service" skills exponentially.

-every week pay, only receive whichever is higher (commission vs base pay)

Commision
Percentage levels: $1-1000 - 10% $1-3000 - 15% $3-6000 - 20% $6-10000 - 25% $10,000 - 30%

-Used as required training at universities like NC state for marketing majors
-Featured in Wall Street Journal
-2 consecutive days over video conference
-Given a manual with the entire base sales presentation in it.
-Unpaid training
-Never ending training, constantly trying to improve our selling skills.
-Field training, work with a more experienced employee and learn from them.
