I am looking for someone with knowledge of WordPress with Woo-commerce to create a Cannabis Dispensary Website for a client of mine.

The goal of the website:

Is to sell physical products such as accessories and Cannabis products with certain shipping perimeters such as weight based and location based for free and charged shipping. Stripe will be the main credit card processor. COD (Cash on Delivery) is also an option for products within certain local shipping zones. Pick-up is not an option.
The product categories that involve actual Cannabis must be hidden to all non-logged in and standard registered users. The client must manually upgrade a registration user level to unlock these categories.

The design of the website:

The client is looking to have a simple design (for example: https://weedmaps.com/deliveries/black-rabbit-2)
Product filters are not needed (such as price range/weight etc.), but having a sidebar category menu will be.

Navigation Bar:

Must contain product search, log-in, sign-up, shopping cart, deals, products, about us, contact us
- additionally a hidden item labelled 'Menu' would appear for registered users with special access as described earlier on the brief which would contain Cannabis Products.

How the shop must look:

For regular products such as accessories can have a simple layout that is familiar such as product image, price, title, rating with an Add to Cart button - When clicking on the actual product image it can open up to a more specific page with descriptions etc.

For Cannabis products, it must be done in a list type fashion that shows product image, product name, quantities and prices in a table (1/8 oz, 1/4 oz, 1/2 oz, 1 oz) (as shown in example here: https://weedmaps.com/deliveries/black-rabbit-2) It would be nice if a price does not exist for a particular quantity that it is hidden.

Store management:

Products, such as accessories, are straight forward for adding items via woo-commerce

For Cannabis products, we want to make it very easy and user friendly to add the products and pricing.

Website Style:

Font styles and colours can be copied from weedmaps website. The client is currently developing the logo but a simple white with dark text should be sufficient.

The client is looking to have a website that they can begin loading products and publishing the website to its fanbase within the next 2-3 weeks.

Resources at your disposal:

1. I have access to envato elements to grab any needed graphics, photos etc for the project
2. Domain has been registered and hosting setup
3. WordPress installed
4. Full license to Elegant Themes Divi builder (if this is of use)
5. Budget available for plugins that you deem necessary
