2) To the extent possible, I'd consider adding a few more visuals into your presentation to break up the text. Text is great and what is most meaningful, but keeping your audience engaged requires a few more visuals than you currently have.
3) I assume more content is coming (for days 2 and 3 in particular), so I think you're very much on the right track. You can certainly focus more heavily on discussion or activities for those days instead of including a lot more lecture content, but just make sure to flesh those days out a bit more.
