I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.

The majority of the first videos I make on people are just to mess with them, just to see how they react.

Like my video on ZacCox, for example.

I’m usually here just to take the mick and have a laugh, I’m English, it’s what we do best.

Tame as anything, but aims to annoy ‘em.

The first video I made about MitchCactus, I talked about his thumbnails.

His lack of enthusiasm in his videos.

The number of times he plugs his modding site.

and his clickbait - or straight up lies should I say?

What I intentionally DIDN’T talk about was the modding site he runs.

Really that was a blessing for him and he had every opportunity to ignore my video, but like AllSilenced, he just couldn’t do it.

First off I wanna say, it’s not me raiding your Discord server with bots, whoever is though is clearly bored as fuck, but also funny as fuck.

Grim, whoever the fuck that is, says that because they’ve not heard of me then I can’t be doing well for myself.

If that’s the case, then you’re doing dog shit because more people have heard of me than you.

In fact, from MY video alone, thousands more people have heard your name, you’re welcome.

The fact is this isn’t a popularity contest, you’re not very grounded and your logic is flawed.

Have you heard of my mate Lance? No, well guess what, he’s doing extremely well for himself.

Just because you, Grim, a fucking nobody hasn’t heard of someone, it doesn’t mean they’re not doing well, clown.

Granted, I’m not doing as well as your master, Mitch, because he’s has over 16,000 orders on his website, but we’ll get to that later.

Speaking of Mitch, you say my entire channel is just talking shit about YouTubers.

Clearly, Grim is a child because 1, there’s nothing wrong with being a virgin, it’s just not an insult is it?

And 2, the way you worded it makes it sound like I WANT TO BE a virgin, ya virgin, get fucked.

Mitch says my points were pretty weak and that I target his, as he puts it, monotone voice.

I’m glad you’re self aware and call it monotone too.

I didn’t misunderstand ANYTHING that you said, your titles said that a car was confirmed and then in the video you say it’s speculation.

You lied, what did I misunderstand?

Your latest video at the time of recording this is titled ‘FREE FORZA HORIZON 4 MONEY GLITCH! INFINITE CREDITS INSTANTLY! (STILL WORKING AUGUST 2020!)’

That’s just not the case though is it, because if you could get infinite credits instantly, that would make your website that sells credits even more pointless than it already is.

Mitch also says that I sum up his entire channel off one video, not true.
In fact in my video, I use two of your videos, but before that I watch a good ten to fifteen then pick a couple to focus on, that technique len(d)s itself to a better video in the end.
If you’re not happy though, how’s this?

*I BOUGHT MODDED ACCOUNTS*

If you are a disgruntled customer, you and I are in the same boat.

It’s been over a month since I ordered an account and requested a refund for it, I’ll tell you what happened.

I wanted to test Mitch’s service, and what better way than to throw money at him?

So, I made a bunch of new e-mails and bought a bunch of accounts and credits from him.

I’ll focus on my favourite order, for now.

The elderly lady persona, Marge. Ahreen. Yep, I called myself margarine.

I made a new e-mail, named after my wonderful grandchildren, Sam and Ella.

Yes, a salmonella joke, you’d think they’d pick up on it eventually.

Don’t forget, these people are thick as pig shit.

With my new name, Margarine and my grandkids Sam and Ella, I bought a modded account through my new PayPal account.

I was order number 16103 - this will help you later Mitch when you get around to giving me my money back in the next working week.

‘Thank you for your order at MITCHCACTUS.COM. We will be in contact shortly regarding the services you have ordered. Your order confirmation is below.’

Then my order number again, billed to Marge Ahreen and a random address in the UK that doesn’t belong to me or anyone called Marge as far as I’m aware.

And below that, the item I ordered and what I paid for it - $30.

I also had to hand over an e-mail and password which don’t worry, doesn’t exist and isn’t the password that I used for the e-mail address.

That doesn’t mean anything anyway, as you’ll soon see.


*WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY?*

The backstory that I created for this particular order was that I - Marge - had left my PayPal details on my PC and my little shit of a grandson had ordered an account without my permission, it happens, ok?

So, I did what any OAP would do, I took to Discord to ask for a refund.

That’s what Mitch prefers…

I put, over the space of 3 minutes, in the public chat:

“hi mitch
hi mitch my paypal has been charged by my grandson for your game and I would like a refund back please, he bought something by accident on my paypal account on your website I think, thank you mitch !
i snet on twitter (typo, I’m old ok? We’re like Mitch and Grim, we can’t type for shit)
Is this mitch hello?
hi mitch????

and then I got some friendly replies that helped to to DM Mitch, so I did just that.

I told Mitch the story of how my grandson had ordered his ‘game’ - I’m old - and that I need a refund.

So, Mitch is fully aware of the situation and what did he reply when he read my message?

‘Hey’.

Just hey.

Not “Hey, that’s not a problem, I’ve got over 16,000 orders so can give you a refund no problem, please secure your PC to ensure this doesn’t happen again, have a great day”, nah, just ‘hey’.

By the time Mitch had replied, I’d received an e-mail from none other than ‘Omni’.

You’ll want to remember this name. Omni has a fucking awful reputation.

The most useless member of Mitch’s staff, BY FAR, or is that just a ploy to throw Mitch off?



“Hello my name is Omni. I will be fulfilling your order

Due to recent changes that have been implemented by Microsoft we are no longer able to create accounts at our send without using our personal phone number. Please can you make a fresh outlook account and provide me with the login details to the account. Please let me know when you have done so. That i can get it modded for you

Omni”



So, Marge replied:

“Dear omni,

I do not know what account you mean. my grandson has bought mitch's game on my paypal by accident so I need a refund please? i have messaged mitch on my twitter

Thank you so much”

I did tweet Mitch on a random account and never got a reply.

Then I added a second e-mail explaining that my name says Sam Ella and that they’re my grandkids.

It’s actually a bacterial disease but don’t forget, these people… are thick as pig shit.

So, what did Omni say?

Nothing.

Not a fucking word.

No reply.

Not even saying that I can’t have a refund.

It’s been over a month and these motherfuckers have my money still.

I haven’t received my product or any further communication.

I’ll tell you something motherfuckers, Marge ain’t gonna chase you, I will.

You have a week from the date that this video goes up to refund THIS account before I submit an appeal to PayPal - which you will appeal Mitch, because that’s what you do - and I’ll also report you to the ACCC - Google it.



*GOOD & BAD REVIEWS*

If you go to Mitch’s website you can see a load of reviews.

All 5* of course, as you’d expect.

Let me tell you why.

They’re filtered.

Here’s a clip of me leaving a 1* review, it posting, then me refreshing the page and it disappearing.

So I post it again, and it doesn’t post.

Try it yourself.

Oh and by the way, you can use ANY NAME AND ANY E-MAIL TO POST A REVIEW.

AND! You can leave a 4 or 5* review to tell people that the website is a scam.

In theory, hundreds of people could go to the site and post, in code, that the reviews are FAKE AND FILTERED.

I DO NOT advise people to do it.

I will however leave a link to the page in the description so you can check it out yourself.

I think I’m okay with leaving a link to his website for you to look at the reviews, right?

After all, Mitch ASKS PEOPLE to go and leave a review, whether you’ve bought a product or not!

So Mitch, if you want people to leave a review, can all my subscribers go to all your products and leave lots of nice 5* reviews?

Why do people from his Discord leave reviews for him?

So they can get a fucking Discord role, that is it.

To be honest, I’d be very surprised if he even gives them their roles.

That’s why a load of his reviews don’t have ‘verified buyer’ underneath them because a huge number of them are kids leaving them.

So THAT is why all the reviews are good, because it’s all filtered, AND he asks people to go and leave reviews even if they haven’t bought a product.

Oh and if you do leave a review, you can’t delete it as far as I can see.

So if a review gets removed, it’s someone - likely Mitch - doing it.

This is a shady as fuck business practice and gives off the impression that he does has legitimate 5* reviews across the board.

If you have to offer a reward for people to rate you 5*, your service is dog shit.

If you go to his Discord though, the reviews are a different story…

He even went as far as completing someone’s order DESPITE not working for Mitch anymore, just to help the customer.

Steve has his own modding service now by the way.

I personally wouldn’t buy a modded account from anyone, I don’t even play Forza but I’d sooner go to Steve than Mitch.

I’ve had permission from Steve to use all of our DMs for this video as long as I blank out customer names, e-mails etc.

*BEHIND THE SCENES*

So Steve told me that Mitch has had over 16,000 orders and has taken over $500K in sales.

Don’t forget though, the reviews are left by his fans, desperate for a Discord role.

Side note to that by the way…

Mitch counters himself by saying “Primarily reviews are only made by buyers, so their reviews reflect our service quality accordingly” -

No they’re not, they’re left by anyone that WANTS to leave a review.

They’re left by people that you ask to leave a review.

Right, Steve’s Insta messages, this bit it completely unscripted.

So, the bottom line is, Mitch’s staff are paid fucking poorly for making accounts.

No wonder they don’t bother, or take weeks or some times MONTHS to do anything.

Let’s say the average order IS $30, 100 orders is $3,000 but the mods that help the customer gets $250 for 100 accounts whilst Mitch takes $2,750.

Guy is a fucking joke.



*WEBSITE INACCURACIES*

So, what else on his website is just fucked? Besides the ENTIRE REVIEW SYSTEM DELETING REVIEWS AND YOU ONLY BEING ABLE TO LEAVE A 4 OR 5 STAR REVIEW?

His refund policy says:

‘If we do not fulfil your order with your full compliance, we ensure we will provide a refund.’

Your full compliance? You know that makes absolutely no fucking sense right?

Well either way, I do not comply, send me my plata or you’ll receive even more plomo.

His ‘trustworthy’ section says this:

“We are a trustworthy seller with multiple people creating accounts and resolving potential issues to ensure for the maximum customer satisfaction.”

‘ensure for the what’?

English motherfucker, do you speak it?

Trustworthy?

Your reviews are vetted you fucking moron, how are you trustworthy?

Even WORSE:

“There has always been false allegations regarding the legitimacy of our website, but these are always proven wrong with our strong product reviews present in the Modded Account & Personal Mod Package section.”

First off, you shouldn’t be mentioning so called false allegations on your site you muppet.

Secondly, I’ve just proved that your website ISN’T legit and the only thing you can say that counters it is your reviews?

Issue is, its your reviews that are FAKE and you get your followers to write reviews, did you think someone smarter wasn’t gonna come along and light you up?

I don’t wanna hear the usual ‘we have a new review system’ or ‘it’s a glitch’ or ‘negative reviews have to be vetted to stop people flooding us with false reviews’.

There’s an easy fix for everything, you CAN be flooded with false reviews.

You can tell the entire internet WHY you ask people to leave reviews, REGARDLESS of if they’ve bought from you or not.

You can tell the entire internet who is on the list of people that you think you can trust.

You can tell the entire internet why you put my name in your mouth in your Discord and not on your channel.

And finally, you can tell the entire internet just how fraudulent and manipulative you truly are.
