A simple girl is asked to go to the movies every day of the week. She makes plans but something stops her from going every time. She always hopes that her friends call and cancel because of some sort of feeling she has. This feeling is known as anxiety. The song Anxiety by Julia Michaels and Selena Gomez is a great example of how anxiety can start to be the only thing to think about, but anxiety can not only be affecting celebrities it is also affecting parents and teenagers' lives. School, sports and even friendships can cause an anxiety attack. Anxiety is a feeling of worry or nervousness especially when something has an uncertain outcome. This issue is really starting to take over some people's day to day lives. Anxiety is a major problem that is being neglected and needs to be more noticed, so that we can start making a difference in people's lives and make the simple things simple again. Anxiety is causing massive civil dispute amongst the world in today’s age. Things as small as getting up in the morning, or as big as political views could lead to anxiety. You should look out for many symptoms to make sure your anxiety could not lead to something worse like depression.
