Men and women came to this world with different physical and personality traits. Women are structurally sylphish, more emotional, and more affectionate. On the other hand, men are physically stronger, act more protective and logically, are more rigid. Women's feelings are very strong and they pay more attention to details. On the other hand, men are more resistant to an intense job and are more authoritarian. Of course, there are similarities as well as differences. If they have a job, two of them work good. Because responsibility is important for everyone. Some people don't treat women and men equally in the life. But we can’t usually say this in the law sector. Because the most important thing in the law is to do your job well. Lawyer’s knowledge is valuable, doesn’t matter man or women. For this job, in the law sector i think gender is not that important. For some case, lawyer is need to stay calm and think fast. So i think personality is more important in this job. I think men and women both of them can do this job very well. As a result; for this job, both genders can do well in different areas in different ways.
