Debrief submitted by Nggìgèuxu Nàhaayamuì Xuo Wìònggèbà, Representative to the International Court, Ngigukayo
- At approximately 11:06 on 15 October 2020, Cynthia L. Maron, the Layfetian ambassador to Ngigukayo, was hospitalized after reporting symptoms consistent with those of food poisoning, at a meeting with Ngigu nationals at the Ngigu Foreign Service headquarters in Wòòʔùièmma, Ngigukayo. The organization works closely with foreign ambassadors and local bodies to protect Ngibagu living abroad.
- The perpetrator has been identified by Anterpol and by local authorities as Hià Hùainno Xìèuxòmi, 33, a employee of the NFS.
- Xìèuxòmi had been captured in surveillance footage at a hìọng [ritual house] in the outskirts of Wòòʔùièmma at around 02:00 on 14 October 2020. At about 02:45, he was again captured by surveillance leaving the hìọng with a vial of about 20mL of a light purple liquid.
- At about 10:25, Xìèuxòmi was seen entering the building using his legal credentials, as preparations for the meeting were being made. He spilt a small quantity of the liquid, which has been confirmed to be a poison made from tropical angiosperms, into Ambassador Maron's beverage, and diluted it so as not to allow others to notice.
- At about 11:00, the event began; Maron inadvertently ingested the poison used by Xìèuxòmi. She was hospitalized shortly thereafter, and the meeting adjourned.

- Xìèuxòmi refused to speak to Anterpol but only spoke to local police in Ngigu.
- During police questioning, Xìèuxòmi stated that he believed that the Layfetian government was attempting to establish an imperial world order to erase Ngigu culture. He was noticeably displeased with the recently increased cooperation between Ngibagu and foreigners, to whom he referred using the term `wòònọ`, ("flies").
- Xìèuxòmi claimed membership in the "Nningìì ʔìbaòt" ["Young Workers"], an apparently ultranationalist criminal organization whose existence has only been speculated (henceforth referred to as "NQ"). There is no other evidence of the existence of NQ, nor have any other supposed members been identified.
- Ambassador Maron's condition is currently unknown.

(Xìèuxòmi is pronounced /ʃìɛ̀úʃɔ̀mí/, approximately "shi-eh-OO-shoh-MI" - capital letters represent high tone, not stress)
