This is inform you all that the agent desktops which are on WAHA and are out at agent home needs to be installed with TP AV software. The agent has to open the following link on the TP desktop and complete the installation.

Below are the steps provided by Server team which needs to followed during the installation by an agent on his respective WAHA desktop.
Steps:
a) Downloadhttps://apps.teleperformancedibs.com/mcafeectrls.zip
b) Right click on downloaded mcafeectrls.zip file and Extract All
c) Open McafeeCtrls Folder and run McafeeAgentInstall.bat
