Do you rehearse with an audience? do you write first? Do you speak a lot in your practice? Do you observe yourself? What is a rehearsal/the process like for you of making and trying?
LOVING the "honesty", that is the entire process of becoming and explaining what and why and who. Nothing really mystical. I'm thinking of my own stuff, and how the reason is usually put last, or what I'm actually doing so undefinable, but she (they?) really says: so my grandma wouldn't really approve of this outfit, but... and I'm trying to be this specific person, because I could never be that other person but this person I could be... and even though this person wouldn't wear what I'm wearing, still... and here I am about to become this person....
Kind of direct? Matter of fact? Sassy? Develops relationship with the audience. An intimate relationship in which I feel let in to something.
Holding poses, dropping into the casual and relaxed, fuck off effort, fuck off expectations fuck off your expectations. I'm here now. There's some sass but powerful powerful presence. Holding the pose of comfort, of luxury, owning one's self completely. Face as expression of no one can fuck wth me? Face as expression of built oup pain can't even begin to process or it will all come out? I love her. Is it a premise of "I'm feeling and not showing but then am becoming wow I can't describe it. As if gesturing to something else. Slight slight internal shape shifting
