Want a deeper more extensive working process. Want to set goals. Want to be able to leave spaces that aren't supporting or nourishing me. Want to run more and wake up at 6:30 and go for a nice walk, you know? Why does that keep coming up? That specific thing? You know I'll be too tired. But finding sleep as a positive practice is important as well. When is the last time you remember going to bed at a nice time, sleeping WELL, and waking up feeling energized? I literally can't remember. At all. I don't know who I am. Also, I need therapy.

Other desires:
Stretching, and exercising. Recording my piano piece, in a good quality video. Recording practices a lot (revive), so get that photo booth ready and steal that mic once more. I hate things that arise but don't go anywhere. What the fuck do I need? A blog? A literal radio talk show? An Instagram feed? Is that fucking it? Or to share at workshop? Inging, I can't imagine alone. Well actually yes I can because I've been doing it. It can lead me to a scary place. Can we try t for 50 minutes? Can we try shaking for 50 minutes? Can we try drawing for 50 minutes? Can we expand Pronouns score to 50 minutes? Can I Improvise on the piano in my way for 50 minutes? Can I send out invitation for people to come in after 30 minutes? Can it be a practice that accepts and involves failure as an important active part of the process? Can this device be an important part of my process??? We have notes.io, we have Photo Booth, we have Vocaroo, what else? Emailing and iMessaging and Facebook messaging as important practices of communication. I keep having this yearn to print out the conversations, and have them as artifacts. The more I do it, the less stone-like these artifacts become and more ephemeral, light, but special still.
