2. Becoming a Field Officer, means you that means overseeing everyone beneath your rank.

3. Promote RP friendly activities, host combat training, and recruit fresh soldiers into the US Army

4. But your primary focus will be leading, mentoring, activity, recruitment, and professionalism

5. Instruction Phase, Application Phase.

Application Phase:

As a Field Officer, your role is crucial in the branch’s stability and overall standards compared to other branches. Make sure that you promote Roleplay in both TeamSpeak and in-game. You are tasked to work alongside the Sergeant Major of the Army to keep the enlisted in check. The role of a Field Officer differs for each rank:

Warrant Officer:
2 Week Trial officer phase
First CoC is to 2nd Lieutenant.
Oversees NCO’s and mentors them to become a SNCO.
Can advert for Missions, Claims and Tryouts.
You’re on probation during your 2 week trial phase, so any professionalism or disciplinary issues will result in a failure of your trial and will result in a demotion.
Your primary focus is training and recruitment.

2nd Lieutenant
Must be trained by the Chief Instructor for Drill Instructor
First CoC is to 1st Lieutenant.
Oversees SNCO’s and mentors them to become future Officers in the branch.

1st Lieutenant
Can complete the Senior Leadership Course.
First CoC is to Captain.
Oversees SNCO’s and mentors them to become future Officers in the branch.
Your primary focus is Missions, Learning from Superior Officers, Going above and beyond in the Drill System.
Will receive Mission Files from Management, expected to complete them diligently.
Fulfills all roles expected from a Second Lieutenant.
Ensures that Mission Files given by Management Officers are completed earnestly.


Captain
Can host Occupation’s and Raids for Multiple Branches but cannot call the US Faction, you are required to give some reason for why you're doing said mission in roleplay format.
First CoC is to Major.
Oversees Warrant Officers and Second Lieutenants in the branch to ensure they are settling into their new role as an Officer.
Your primary focus is Missions, Learning from Superior Officers, Going above and beyond in the Drill System.
Will receive Mission Files from Management, expected to complete them diligently.


Full-fledged Field Officer and now has the responsibility to oversee the Drill System as a Drill Instructor by training and shadowing Drill Sergeants to ensure they are upholding the standards of hosting Army Selections.

Oversees the overall activities of Senior Non-Commissioned Officers alongside the Sergeant Major of the Army.
Mentors the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers on their path in becoming a Field Officer.

Abilities:
Promote/Demote and Punish anyone Beneath their rank.
Depends, Ability Promote/Demote if fit with that expectation of the SMA.
Have power to make Activates Mandatory for Enlisted.
Officer punish any enlisted who violates US Army Constitution or polices.

A Warrant Officer, even though a probationary rank, can promote or demote from the rank of Sergeant First Class and below, has the ability to conduct PT and can host the Basic Leadership Course for Corporals aspiring to move up the rank of Sergeant.

A Second Lieutenant can promote or demote from the rank of First Sergeant and below. They can host the Advanced Leadership Course for soldiers holding the rank of Sergeant First Class. Since they are Drill Instructors, Second Lieutenants can facilitate transferees with the rank of Sergeant First Class and below.

A First Lieutenant can promote or demote from the rank of Command Sergeant Major and below. They are eligible to take the Senior Leadership Course to be qualified for a promotion to Captain. Once they complete their Senior Leadership Course, they are eligible to host the Officer Candidate School to soldiers holding the rank of Command Sergeant Major aspiring to be qualified for a promotion to Warrant Officer.

A Captain can promote or demote from the rank of Second Lieutenant and below. They are able to call and host Occupations or Raids whether it is for the US Army or a joint mission with other branches.

Part2: Importance of a Constitution.
Have to know the Constitution and must take actin to help the enlisted/officers.

Any officer is expected not to take matters into their own hands without the proper guidance of the US Army Constitution or they will be punished severely with either a probation, demotion, discharge, or blacklist.

A lack of knowledge of the constitution will hinder anyone to progress further in the ranks of the US Army and will undoubtedly fail to become a role model among the Enlisted. A Warrant Officer that projects little knowledge of the constitution will most probably not pass their probationary stage.

Importance on a Leader:
Represent Branch in different ways.
Officers inspire confidence on others
Have enough confidence is a 1st step of being a good leader.

A Field Officer is expected to be productive at all times. Their productivity is heavily based on the trainings, activities, and recruitment they host. Field Officers are expected to lead the charge in hosting combat trainings that develop the Enlisted, Roleplay activities that promote retention, and recruitment that ensures stability of the branch.

Expected to mentor the NCO and SNCO's.
