1st Quarter Exam Week
Schedule & Review Guides SY 20-21
GRADE 3
Students and parents, PLEASE READ the following:
Below you will find the schedule of written assessments during the 1st Quarter Exam Week (Week 10), which is set on October 12-16, 2020 (Monday to Friday). The Quarter Exams in the major subjects and the Long Quizzes in the minor subjects are all in multiple choice format using online forms. All the exams are open-book, open-notes exams, but the questions aim to assess understanding, not just recall of information. Parents, guardians, adult facilitators, and tutors may assist students in reading and understanding instructions and questions but may not give answers or clues leading to answers.
Google Meet invites for the different exams will be sent by subject teachers via email. All exams will be taken with cameras on. If the student wishes to take leave during the exam, he/she must ask the teacher/proctor for permission to do so.
The review pointers for the Quarter Exams of major subjects are published here while the review pointers for the Long Quizzes of minor subjects will be published in the Google Classroom one week before the scheduled tests.
Please note that there will still be Homeroom and Chapel Time at 8:00 a.m. daily during Exam Week. Our School Pastor and teachers will begin each day in God’s Word and prayer before students take their tests. When your child turns in his/her last online exam for the day, he/she is considered dismissed. He/she may spend the rest of the day reviewing for the next day’s exams and taking a break from schoolwork.
