This is John from Gannon ITS. We received your submission about how you were unable to log into Blackboard through any devices.
We would like you to know that you are not the only one having this issue, and that we are currently working to fix this issue. I called and left you a voicemail with some instructions on how to resolve this issue. In the meantime, here is an alternative way to log onto your Blackboard.
-First, go to any browser that you don't tend to use, such as Edge or Firefox or Safari or Chrome, and make sure your password history is clear.
-From there on the site you are planning to use, type in ww5.gannon.edu/ITS/
-Next, scroll down and click on the Blackboard link
-It will then bring up an MS Office overlay, and it will prompt you to enter your email and password.
-Once entered, it will bring you to the Blackboard homepage
Please note this is a temporary solution, and we are currently working on fixing the issue. We will let you know once it has been resolved.
If the above information does not help and if you are still having any issues, please provide us with a suitable meeting time and date to set up a Zoom meeting. Our Zoom hours are 8:00am-8:00pm Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00am-4:30pm Fridays, 12:00pm-2:30pm Saturdays, and 12:00pm-6:30pm Sundays. The code to join the Zoom meeting is 430 658 6966.
