Just had a long talk with my mom and well I feel weird now though I did rant on and on in a way that felt very very centering. I talked about where I am now and how excited I am about just sharing space with people, and doing practices together. Disclaimer: right now I feel pretty fogged up so I even wonder if I should take a break and drink something or keep typing. Let's type until 12:00pm (2 minutes) and then take a break. Okay. We first talked about "logistics", that was very much the intent of the workshop; logistics. I sent Inna the Hubs link, and eventually my photos. But then I guess I started talking and talking and wanted to see if she wanted to lead anything, meaning I asked her about Design and what her role as a designer would be. Because it keeps feeling like I'm just given this space to do something, but we also have this concrete practice. What I'm realizing now is that I have so much more courage to lead collective experiences. Maybe through class or just through time for myself. Or that we have had all of these visitors lead us through workshops. So I kept bringing up the fact that I am very interested in meeting over Zoom and doing things live together, and I felt very passionate about it and talked about it but now I'm a bit clouded. I'm taking a break.
