- Very flexibility (build your own schedule)
- Commission-based pay. Paid for training (weekly developments you get paid for)
- Internship was what you put into it and what you get out of it
- People don't like it if they don't work hard.
- Wants to go Full-Time. Good transition program from being an intern to FTE.
- You get reimbursed to take exams for being an advisor (LIFE and Health/Accidental)
- All the information is online (you pay for and you can study through the sections and such).
- At times, the job's hard since you're on your own. Lots of hard times when you build your clientele. Days are up/down.

- Personalized Financial Planning: Includes both Carrier and Brokerages
- Very balanced financially
- Life insurance is their main aspect. Works with everything to cover their basis.
3) What are some things you wish someone else would think about going through the process of becoming a Financial Advisor with NWM?
- Be motivated. Come to work ready to play. Ask questions and figure out the job to be successful.
- Keep high spirits.
4) Anything you'd like to add?
- Give it a try! It's not for everyone, but it could be your thing!
- Don't judge the NWM book by it's cover.
