(Client) Kristian Scheel said: Xbox series X The day before launch day I had called the store and an employee at Fargo, North Dakota Walmart on 13th Ave. that a bunch of Xbox series X’s Will be available for purchase in store as long as I get there at 7 AM. I got to the store at 7 AM. Only to be let down and sad. The employees lied to me the Xbox series X is were only available for purchase online. Today I saw online that The Xbox series X was available in that store for in-store purchase only. So just recently I drove 50 miles to the store and talk to the employees there there is a lady named Sam and I believe she was the manager because that’s who all the other employees were trying to get a hold of. Finally I was able to talk to Sam And she had told me that they were out of stock when it clearly stated on the website that it was in stock and available for in-store purchase only. So I called Walmart customer service to see what’s up because I feel as if I was lied to. I was not able to get straight answers and I tried to make an order for the Xbox series X through Walmart customer service. I was told no I can’t help you and you have to do it online that’s the only way you’re going to get your hands on an Xbox series X. I was told to not leave my computer and keep refreshing if I want to get my hands on it. So in the end why is your website saying that you have something in stock for in-store purchase only if I can’t purchase it in your stores now I have drove 100 miles wasted money in fuel and precious time. Who do I have to contact to resolve this.
