Based on our interview, the risk factors that can be observed in a dance is how intense the wound will require an individual to move and how difficult the choreography they have. The dance form such as hip-hop or any breakdance includes fast steps and powerful movements, the interviewee rate the risk in a medium performance in which I assume the rate of risk of injury depends on how the dancer will execute their moves. The dancer I interview does regular stretching nand warm up exercises before she proceeds to do her routine, according to her she would like to challenge her flexibility and initiate proper exercise routine which is good and essential before a dance.Plus their routine are not that streneous, their difficult but according to her it's still bearable. Moreover they also have breaks in between their practices and they also practicing discipline before, during and after dancing. They also wear proper clothing and again do proper stretching before they practice. In my opinion, the dancer I interview take care of herself and also look out for possible causes where she can get an injury, being attentive and aware about the injury factors in dancing can also be a help to prevent it.
