Name: Ash 'Lynx' Petrelli

Backstory:
Ash had been raised in Upper Manhattan, near Morningside Heights in 1970 an Italian-American, by his grandparents as his parents had died a year after his birth in '68. His grandfather had taught him to shoot by the age of 8, having a pretty good shot at the 10. He was taught to finish fights rather than start them, and to look out for his friends, a saying he was told that would stick with him forever. He was part of the popular clique in high school, smoking and drinking at 15, in trouble with the police all the time. During that time, he met Violet Langston. through a law firm that backed his drunk driving and arson cases, someone who would become a good friend and eventually join the family. He joined a gang at 16, promising himself that he would 'help out' with the organised crime in NYC, by rioting and robbing stores and having forms of turf wars. At 18, he faced the hardest decision of his life. And that decision was crucial to his life.
He had to choose between two of his best friends, Nathan or Victor. They had been involved in an ongoing feud between two gangs, the East Harlem Gang and Morningside Heights Gang, after the three of them were kidnapped and taken to somewhere in Harlem. The Harlem boys knew he was rather well-known and high-up in the gang as his grandfather had previously been part of the gang before he had his father, having to leave it all behind and knowing that, they forced him to pick using him as a sort of bargaining chip to win the war. He picked Victor. That day he changed, leaving the gang and pursuing his previous dream of being a SEAL. He then went on to serve 6 years in the Navy SEALS, becoming a Commissioned Officer in his final year. He then was discharged after he decided to go home to Italy, and visit his family. He stayed there for 5 more years, working as a contractor for miscellaneous jobs like building work, demolishing work, .etc. After receiving a letter from a man with a 'job opportunity' from a friend's friend.
The letter read:

Dear Mr Petrelli,

I will not disclose any of my personal information such as my name or any aliases of mine in this letter, but know, I am looking for people like you, who have a past involving work of this sort and the skills you hold. If you wish to speak with me more about this offer, I will be waiting for you in Madison, Wisconsin outside of the State's Capitol. Enclosed this letter there is also a ticket to Wisconsin, seeing as you're in Italy now. I hope you meet me there soon Mr. Petrelli, or 'Lynx' as you were once called.

Not expecting an offer like this, Ash rushed to the airport and caught the flight to Wisconsin, got a taxi to the Capitol in Madison and saw a man standing at the top of the stairs, as if he were waiting. Ash walked up the stairs, believing this could have been some kind of a sick joke, or someone from his past trying to get back at him. Amidst his inner questions, he was asked for a light from a man with a fat cigar in his mouth, instinctively Ash said that he didn't smoke and the man replied saying, "I know, that's why I asked." Which he said whilst pulling out a lighter and lighting the cigar. He said his name was 'Louis Vallario' and he was looking for people to help out with a certain 'things' in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ash took the job, as he knew he could help them, missing his old life all those years ago, living on the edge.
