Social networking addiction is fast becoming an ever-growing problem in today's society.
According to statistics, 59% of the global population of about 4 billion people be active social networking users. What is more, On average, an internet user spends 6 hours online each day.
It is clear from these observations that for the great majority of people have an social networking addiction. The first thing that needs to be said is some people use the internet to escape from their daily life. One cannot possibly accept the fact that people seek recognition on social media and doing so can easily become addictive. It is a well-known fact that, firstly, they often avoid real social events, and, secondly, their relationships with relatives are bad.
a Prime example is the man Larry Carlat, who was addicted to Twitter. He spent a lot of time on Twitter, which made him run away from the real world. His relationship with his wife became bad, and he also lost his job.
The best way to treat this problem is firstly to deleting apps, secondly disabling notifications, and finally by devoting time to other Hobbies or activities.
To draw a conclusion, we can say that there are a lot of social networking addiction people in our time, but if people set limits and make sure that they are responsible, then there will be fewer social networking addiction people in the world
