Rules:
> Basic group rules:
1 It is forbidden to impersonate the administration and / or other members of the group.
2 It is forbidden to trade the following goods through the group: porn, weapons, drugs, counterfeit money, bank cards / accounts of citizens of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
3 Spam in the group is prohibited (permanent and / or automatic sending of advertising messages to the group chat)
4 Advertising of other groups, publics and forums is prohibited.
5 It is forbidden to send any links and files that are infected with viruses or that may harm other users.
> Membership:
1 Membership is free for everyone until 01.01.2021.
2 Membership costs $ 50 per month (pay before the 10th day of each month).
3 By inviting 2 new members to the group, you automatically receive 1 month of group membership for free (after these members pay for membership for a month).
4 To pay, write to the pm administrator @lemonisnycket
> Deposit
1 Each member of the group can make a deposit of $ 50 and more (information about this will be displayed in the {notices of events} of the group, as well as in the list "member deposits".
2 Deposit = insurance against deception and guarantee of the participant's honesty (if a participant with a deposit makes a deal through the group and does not fulfill his obligations, the injured party will receive compensation from the group administrator, not exceeding 75% of the size of the deposit)
3 The deposit is non-refundable, the group membership cannot be paid from the deposit account. In the event of a ban for violations of the group rules, the deposit is canceled.
> Group deals
1 To verify a transaction through a group, both participants must be members of the group and confirm their commitments to the transaction through the admin.
2 At the request of the participants, they can use a completely free guarantor from the administrator.
> Arbitration:
1 Each member of the group can create arbitration for another member (for this you need to create a separate private chat and invite the administrator and the opponent to it)
2 In arbitration, only transactions confirmed through a group are considered.
3 If the respondent fails to appear within 24 hours, the arbitration is considered lost by him.
4 Each of the participants has the right to provide evidence of his innocence.
5 In case of loss, the defendant must refund the full amount to the victim within 24 hours. Otherwise, the defendant will be blocked forever, and his nickname in the telegram and BTC address will be included in the "shameful list"
6 If the defendant has a deposit in the group, compensation will be paid to the victim from the deposit (the ban is not removed!)
> Blocks and exclusions from the group:
1 The party that lost the arbitration and did not pay the damage to the victim is excluded from the group forever.
2 The participant who violated the "basic group rules" - for the first time receives a warning and membership withdrawal for a month, for the second time he is permanently excluded from the group.
3 A member who has not paid for membership before the 10th day is automatically excluded from the group, but can join back by paying for the membership for a month (the deposit remains!).
4 A member who has left the group of his own free will can join back by paying for membership for a month (the deposit is saved!).
> Paid services:
1 Pinning a message in a group chat - $ 10 per hour.
2 Advertising your public forum group - $ 100 for a post containing a mention or a link to it.
3 GUARANTOR - FREE AND WILL ALWAYS BE!
4 Arbitration - FREE AND WILL ALWAYS BE!
