-my expenses and things i buy are actual drop in bucket compared to total money id spend on rent and tuition so i shouldnt be too uptight about whats really only 5% of my costs (rent and tuition is 95%) but granted that 95% money is completely handled by parents and not affecting my bank account (except for putting certain amount money in once to simply pay for tuition, and that certain amount all gone after paying 5 minutes later, every quarter). And i might as well pretend that 5% is all i really actually spend money on since parents give me the money for everything else and required necessities and back in high school when rent and tuition was free, might expenses right now might as well be the same as it was in high school since im still not paying rent/tuition now as the entire exact amount is deposited into my account to swiftly pay for it, then my account is same amount after as it was before. expenses might as well be the same now as tuition and rent free for me anyways since parents pay for it. So TLDR do not consider all the money spent on tuition and rent as excuses to splurge because my bank account is still same as if i did not pay for those things since they are paid by mom. Unless i was to receive a very large amount budget of additional allowance that is way over just the prices of rent and tuition, that i can keep for myself and use to spend on my own stuff and personal stuff and recreation
